Crisis Beneficiaries
In addition to committing a percentage of sales to Monthly Beneficiaries, Benefit Restaurants are also encouraged to commit to maintaining percentage of sales as a Crisis Reserve. This pool of funds accumulates over time and is available to direct to an unforeseen, sudden or emerging crisis, anywhere in the world.
The Elephant Walk in Waltham maintains a 1% crisis reserve.
