The Community Day Center of Waltham is the only day-time drop in center in the Greater Waltham area.

While overnight shelters close for the day and limit the number of stays, CDCW’s guests are free to come every day that we are open. This is especially important during the cold winter months. The CDCW offers, at no charge, use of phones with an answering machine, high speed internet, fax, printer and a P.O box, especially vital for the homeless. With the help of these tools, their caring staff helps its guests take concrete steps towards accessing health and job related services, locating housing, or simply maintaining ties with family and friends.
