The Benefit Restaurant Project has four families of Beneficiaries:
- Monthly Beneficiaries who receive 3% of a Benefit Restaurant’s monthly sales, paid out each and every month,
- Monday Benefit Dinner Beneficiaries who receive 50% of a Monday Benefit Dinner’s proceeds,
- Crisis Beneficiaries who receive 1% of a Benefit Restaurant’s sales, paid out periodically, and
- Special Events, organized by others, in which we participate
